Teresa helped me sell my condo while I was living out of state, and from start to finish, she made the process of selling my home incredibly smooth. She helped me find affordable ways to fix up my home in order to get the most value from it, and presented the unit beautifully online with professional photos and arial drone footage of the area. She helped me decide on the best deal, and the closing process was a breeze. The unit sold for thousands more than I had anticipated. She was extremely communicative throughout. Teresa is absolutely amazing at her job. We experienced probably one of the most difficult real estate transactions that any realtor has encountered and I can truthfully say Teresa is a warrior. You cannot go wrong with her. I don't care who thinks they have the best realtor because I have the best. I couldn't recommend her more, she did a phenomenal job, was always on top of the situation ( there were many) and never flinched. Most people want to get the most out of you and put in the least amount of work to get it. That has never been my experience with Teresa. Before I even had a chance to sign an agreement with her, she was hard at work, always in contact, never afraid to reach out on my behalf, even when it was above and beyond her responsibilities. Teresa has access to some of the best software available, I would have missed my opportunity had she not set me up in her proprietary software. I have worked with Teresa on rentals, high end homes, commercial properties, and even raw land. You will not find someone who works harder.
