As a Connecticut native, I am enthusiastic about the beautiful shoreline beaches, the New England charm, golfing, hiking, site seeing, local and fresh seafood, as well as exploring various farmer's markets, vineyards and wonderful restaurants throughout the beautiful state. Connecticut will always have a special place in my heart, situated between New York and Boston, a major hub, the opportunities are endless!

I am a Southeast Florida real estate expert! I have been traveling to Southeast Florida for over 16 years, I live on the beautiful intracoastal waterway of Fort Lauderdale. Southeast Florida is a premier location for any boater with access to beautiful waterways and a short trip to the crystal clear blue waters of the Bahamas! It is known for its stunning white sand beaches, wonderful restaurants and booming economy, among other things. As a licensed pilot with the FAA I am able to integrate one of my favorite hobbies of flying my drone(s) into my real estate career.

I have been flying my drone(s) recreationally for just over 3 years and transitioned into using it to identify residential and commercial real estate, learn about land, boundaries, and the topography as well as capturing incredible aerial photos and videos.

As realtors we have to pay a significant amount of money to commercially licensed drone pilots in exchange for aerial videos and photos. These added costs tend to limit a realtor’s spending dollars for aerial photography toward luxury listings or more expensive listings because those listings will cover the extra cost of these expenses when they close. As a licensed commercial drone operator with the FAA I can take aerial pictures and video for EVERY listing myself. Drone photography is an integral part of my marketing for EVERY property that I list. I went the extra step to become a licensed pilot so that I can fly my drone commercially for YOU and your listings!
